Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and WCF TECH LLC ("we", "us") for the Rover Crystal mobile game and related services (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us and our licensors.
3. Virtual items and currency
- The Game includes virtual items and currencies such as credits, gems, rovers, pilots, customizations and boosts ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed, not sold; they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game.
- Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Except as required by law or by Google Play's refund policies, purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Prices are shown in your local currency by Google Play and may include taxes.
- Your progress and Virtual Items may be stored only on your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear its data or change devices without using a cloud save feature (when available), they may be lost. One-time purchases (such as "Remove ads" and the starter pack) can be restored with "Restore purchases".
- We may change, rebalance or remove Virtual Items and game features, and correct balances that result from errors, bugs or abuse.
4. Ads
The Game shows ads, including optional rewarded videos that give you in-game rewards when watched to the end. The "Remove ads" purchase removes full-screen ads between levels; optional rewarded videos remain available. Rewards may be limited per day.
5. Online features
Some features, such as rankings or cloud save, may require an internet connection and may be changed or discontinued. Nicknames must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights; we may change or remove any nickname and scores obtained unfairly.
6. Rules of conduct
You agree not to: cheat or use bots, hacks or modified versions of the Game; exploit bugs; interfere with the Game, its servers or other players; reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game except as allowed by law or open-source licenses; or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, art, characters, music, sounds and the "Rover Crystal" name and logo, belongs to WCF TECH LLC or its licensors. The Game uses open-source software (such as three.js, under the MIT License) and licensed sound effects; their licenses and credits are listed in the Game under About.
8. Termination
You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections 3, 7 and 9 to 13 survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or that progress will never be lost.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCF TECH LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data or Virtual Items. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim, or US$ 50 if greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring claims where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. If you keep playing after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
